Located at 92 Woods Street in the heart of Darwin
city, Ti Tree Holiday Apartments are spacious and well appointed. We have
seven studio apartments, one with it's own courtyard spa, and for
a luxurious home away from home, we have one 1 bedroom apartment,
which has the master bedroom and bathroom in a separate, adjoining
room for privacy.
All apartments feature:
- Fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans cutlery etc. All
apartments have a microwave, a four burner stove with an oven,
and a 3/4 fridge/freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and UHT
milk are provided.
- Studio apartments have a breakfast bar and stools, whilst
the 1 bedroom apartment is much roomier and has a dining table
and chairs.
- Air conditioning and overhead fans.
- Direct dial phones and colour TV. All power points are 240V.
- Each apartment has a queen bed and a single bed as standard,
but we can often make other configurations on request; e.g.
the 1 bedroom with two queens or a studio with a queen and two
singles.
- All linen is supplied and apartments are made up 5 days a
week; we leave you in peace for those Saturday/Sunday sleep
ins!
- Ironing facilities are provided in each apartment and there
is a guest laundry behind the office with a coin operated washer
and dryer. There is an outside clothesline at the rear of the
premises for the best drying of all! The laundry also has a
wall rack with quite a selection of tour brochures and information.
- Each apartment has it's own off street parking and it's only
a short stroll to Woolies, the PO, shops and restaurants. It's
a pleasant shady walk of 2 km at most to Mindil Beach Markets,
and there's a pub halfway! Check our Location page for maps

- If you're arriving by plane, the airport shuttle bus stops
right outside our door or, if there are more than two of you,
a cab/hire car is the way to go. If you are arriving by car
we're easy to find, or click on our Location page and print
your own map. Late arrivals are not a problem; just contact
us for arrangements.
